Camp Rules & Code of Conduct
All attendees must read and adhere to these rules. By registering, you agree to this Code of Conduct on behalf of your teen.
The Navigate Code of Conduct
Navigate Conference 2026 is a conference rooted in the values of The Elevation Church. Every attendee is expected to embody excellence, integrity, and respect at all times.
This Code of Conduct applies from the moment you arrive at the venue until you depart. Violations may result in removal from the conference without a refund.
You Should ✓
- Treat fellow campers and volunteers with kindness, respect, and consideration
- Be on time for ALL camp activities — meals, sessions, and scheduled programs
- Attend all sessions (attendance is mandatory unless excused by your mentor)
- Engage in behavior that aligns with godly values and principles
- Use appropriate language at all times
- Follow all safety instructions provided by mentors
- Report any illness, injury, or discomfort to the bootcamp medical care immediately
- Inform mentors of any medications and provide proper instructions
- Inform mentors in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies
- Take responsibility for your personal belongings and keep them secure
- Bring a hard copy Bible and a small padlock for your suitcase
Strictly Prohibited ✗
- Bullying anyone — this results in AUTOMATIC EXPULSION from camp
- Discrimination or any form of disrespectful behavior toward others
- Bringing or using cell phones or any electronic devices on camp
- Harmful activities or language that conflicts with godly principles
- Ignoring safety instructions or failing to report injuries/illness
- Failure to comply with camp policies — disciplinary action will follow
Dress Code
Dress Code (All Campers)
- Clothing must be MODEST at all times — no revealing clothing whatsoever
- Comfortable outfits for outdoor activities and a special event attire (Bible Character's Night)
- Pack enough clothing for the full duration of camp, including sleepwear and extra layers
- Sturdy, comfortable shoes for outdoor/sports activities plus flip-flops or sandals for casual use
- No clothing with offensive graphics, language, or imagery
Packing Essentials
- Toiletries: toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, deodorant, body cream, bucket and bailer, towel, washcloth
- Bedding: sheets, blankets, and a pillow
- Personal items: medications, glasses/contacts if needed, sunscreen, insect repellent, reusable water bottle, flashlight
- Entertainment: book, journal, playing cards, or small games (no electronics)
- Non-perishable snacks (avoid anything that may attract ants into rooms)
- Backpack/daypack, hat for sun protection, raincoat or umbrella
- A small padlock to lock your suitcase
- A hard copy Bible — required

Check-In & Important Notes
- Cell phones and ALL electronic devices are NOT permitted on camp
- Bring your ticket code (emailed after registration) for check-in
- One parent/guardian drop-off at the designated area — parents are not permitted inside camp
- Inform mentors in advance of any medications; store and administer per camp guidelines
- All dietary restrictions and allergies must be reported — our medical team will be on ground
By completing registration, the parent/guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to The Navigate Conference 2026 Code of Conduct on behalf of their teen(s).
